Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing [HOOHA LEARNING] (hereinafter referred to as "the Organization"). We are committed to providing students with high-quality teaching and professional college application consulting services. In order to protect the rights and interests of both parties and maintain the fair allocation of teaching resources, the Organization has formulated the following refund policy and details in accordance with relevant laws and regulations:
1. 報名與費用繳交

所有補習課程、單堂特訓、模擬考試（Mock）及升學諮詢服務，必須在課程或服務開始前全額繳清費用，方可確認並保留名額。

繳費完成後，除本政策另有規定外，不設因個人因素（如時間衝突、改變心意、不適應導師風格等）的退款要求。
2. Tutoring Course Refund Policy (Regular and Short-Term Courses)
Course cancellation due to reasons attributable to the organization: If a course cannot be held or is forced to be suspended due to changes in instructors, insufficient number of participants, unforeseen events or other force majeure factors, the organization will refund the tuition fees for the affected classes in full proportionally.
Absent due to student's personal reasons:
If a student is unable to attend class due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, they must submit proof to customer service 24 hours in advance. The organization will make every effort to arrange a make-up class or provide a recorded video of the class, but no refunds will be issued.
For those who request leave at the last minute, are absent without cause (No Show), or give late notice, the fee for that class will still be charged, and no refund or make-up class will be arranged.
3. Refund Policy for College Admission Consulting and Document Editing Services
Consultation Service: Once booked and completed, the fee for one-on-one college counseling is non-refundable. If you need to change the appointment time, you must notify us [e.g., 48 hours] in advance; otherwise, the consultation will be considered as already used.
Document editing and application processing (such as Personal Statement, recommendation letter):
Once the consultant begins providing guidance, writing, or editing services, the service fees already collected will not be refunded.
If you cancel before the consultant has commenced any substantive services, the agency will deduct an administrative fee of [e.g., 10% / or a fixed amount] and refund the remaining amount.
4. Disclaimer regarding admissions and exam results
Our services aim to enhance students' academic abilities and improve their competitiveness in university applications.
Students' final publicly available exam results (such as DSE, IB, A-Level), entrance exam performance, and university admission results (such as JUPAS, overseas university admissions) are determined by a variety of subjective and objective factors. This organization does not guarantee any specific score or admission to any particular prestigious university, nor does it accept refund requests based on "unsatisfactory results" or "failure to be admitted to university."

5. Refund Procedure and Timeline
1. Submit an Application: If you meet the above refund conditions, please email your "Order Number/Student Name", "Course Name", and "Proof of Refund Reason" to [Your Customer Service Email]. 2. Review Time: We will review your application within [e.g., 3-5] business days after receiving it and notify you of the review result by email. 3. Refund: • The refund will be returned to your original credit card or bank account. • The actual arrival time depends on the processing procedures of the issuing bank or third-party payment platform, and generally takes [e.g., 7-14] business days.
